PC - Discuss and define overarching FOLIO Product strategy - part 1
Our initial vision of FOLIO was to be much more than just another ILS.  However, most of our resources have been devoted to getting a workable system up and running in time for a go-live goal of mid-2020 for several of our members.  Have we lost sight of those “wow” factors in this push for immediate functionality? How hard will it be to develop and integrate these wow factors later? Should we step back and look at those visionary possibilities again if doing so would delay the planned go-live date?
